Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time (NZ Domestic): 2–5 business days via tracked courier.
Delivery Time (Australia): 5–10 business days depending on region.
Shipping Fees: Flat rate or free shipping over threshold (as displayed at checkout).
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive it via email upon dispatch.

Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and in original condition.
Non-Returnables: Due to hygiene reasons, used grooming products and supplements cannot be returned.
Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong item, we’ll help exchange it — contact us within 7 days.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage unless item was incorrect or damaged.
