Shipping Policy

• Processing: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• New Zealand: 2–5 business days via tracked courier.
• Australia: 5–10 business days depending on location.
• International: 7–15 business days globally. Tracking included on all orders.
• Shipping Costs: Displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply depending on order value or promotion.
• Tracking: You’ll receive live tracking via email the moment your regiment is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition Required: Item must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene and product integrity, used solid colognes and opened refills cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: Ordered the wrong item? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll help fix it.
• Return Shipping: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived incorrect or damaged.
