Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. International expansion is in the pipeline — subscribe to our email updates to be first to know.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. NZ deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 days. AU deliveries: 5–10 days depending on your location.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 14 days as long as the item is unopened and in original condition. Used grooming or supplement products are not eligible.

What’s the difference between the Light Hold and Medium Hold balm?

Light Hold is great for natural shaping and daily hydration. Medium Hold adds structure and control for thicker or longer beards. Both condition — one commands more structure.

Are your supplements safe and tested?

Yes. All Elite Regiment supplements are batch-tested, produced in GMP-certified facilities, and made with ingredients that meet New Zealand and Australian standards.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe to beard oils, supplements, or grooming kits and save with auto-renewals. You’ll see a “Subscribe & Save” option on eligible product pages.
