Refund Policy

At Elite Regiment, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If something isn’t right — we make it right. That’s the standard.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • We do not offer refunds on used grooming products or opened supplement packaging due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Custom apparel or personalized gear is non-refundable unless defective.

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@eliteregiment.com with your order number, the item in question, and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receipt of returned goods.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first. Then contact us if needed — we’ll follow it through.
